Do you offer design consultations?

How long does it take to complete a custom table?

Production time varies depending on the complexity of the design and current project queue, typically ranging from 6-10 weeks. I’ll provide an estimated timeline when we discuss your project.

What is the ordering process?

Will I see progress updates?

Yes! I provide progress photos throughout the creation process so you can see your piece coming to life.

Can I make changes after production starts?

Minor adjustments may be possible early in the process. Major design changes after production begins may affect timeline and pricing. I recommend finalizing all details during the design phase.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide with professional packaging to ensure your piece arrives safely, no matter where you are.

How are the tables packaged?

Each table is professionally packaged with protective materials, custom crating and secure wrapping to ensure safe transit. I take every precaution to protect your investment.

Each table is also covered by insurance.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, local delivery and installation may be available depending on your location. Contact me to discuss options.

What if my table is damaged during shipping?

All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of shipping damage, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Can I arrange my own shipping?

Yes, if you prefer to use your own shipping company or freight forwarder, we can coordinate pickup.

What materials do you use?

Are your tables durable?

Absolutely. Each table is built to last generations with proper care. The epoxy resin is heat-resistant, waterproof, and highly durable. The finish is designed to withstand daily use.

What type of resin do you use?

I use professional-grade epoxy resin specifically formulated for furniture applications. It’s non-toxic when cured, UV-stable, and extremely durable.

Are the tables food-safe?

Yes, once fully cured, the epoxy resin is completely food-safe and perfect for dining tables.

Do the colors fade over time?

I use high-quality, UV-stable pigments and protective coatings to prevent fading. With proper care and avoiding prolonged direct sunlight, your table will maintain its beauty for decades.

 

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my resin table?

Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap for regular cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners or rough scouring pads. A detailed care guide is included with every purchase.

Can I use my table outdoors?

My tables are designed for indoor use. While the resin is durable, prolonged outdoor exposure to UV rays and weather elements is not recommended unless specifically designed for outdoor use.

What if my table gets scratched?

Minor scratches can often be buffed out. For deeper scratches, contact me for refinishing options. The durable finish is designed to resist everyday wear.

Do you offer refinishing services?

Yes, I can refinish or restore tables if needed. Contact me to discuss refinishing services.

How do I protect my table?

Use coasters for drinks, placemats or tablecloths for dining, and avoid placing extremely hot items directly on the surface. Your table comes with complete care instructions.

Technical Questions

How heavy are resin tables?

Weight varies significantly based on size and materials. Resin and wood tables are substantial pieces. I can provide specific weight information for your custom design.

Will the table fit through my door/up my stairs?

The tables are delivered in separate packages. You will receive package for the dining table top and other package for the table legs.

Measure your doorways and stairways, and we can discuss the best solution during the design phase.

Can the base be removed for moving?

My designs feature removable bases for easier transport and moving. This can be incorporated into your custom design.

What weight can the table support?

All tables are structurally engineered to support typical use. Dining tables easily support place settings, serving dishes, and centerpieces. Specific weight capacity depends on design.

Returns & Guarantees

What is your return policy?

I work closely with you throughout the process to ensure complete satisfaction before final completion.

I also offer a 30 days return policy.

Do you offer a warranty?

I stand behind the quality of my craftsmanship. Each piece comes with a craftsmanship warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents are not covered.

What if I’m not satisfied with my table?

Customer satisfaction is my priority. I provide progress photos to ensure you love your piece before it’s complete. Open communication throughout the process prevents surprises.

Can you recreate a design I’ve seen?

I can create pieces inspired by designs you love, with my own artistic interpretation and your custom specifications. Share your inspiration photos and we’ll create something uniquely yours.

Do you have a showroom?
