Thank you for choosing Leonardo Gravina. Each table is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following return and refund policy applies.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the table must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, undamaged, and securely packaged.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, especially due to the size and value of our tables.

  • Leonardo Gravina is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transport.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned tables must arrive in good condition. If damage, excessive wear, or alterations are found that were not caused by shipping, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a full refund of the product price will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non‑refundable.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after receipt of the returned item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your table immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@leonardogravina.com with photos of the issue. If the problem is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate solution.

7. Custom & Handmade Nature

All Leonardo Gravina tables are handmade and often made to order. Natural variations in wood, resin, and finish are part of the design and craftsmanship, and do not constitute defects.
